When submitting a request for a cabin, please try to give eight names to fill all beds in the cabin.
Cabins will be run as follows: The first person for each cabin on-site will be requested to sign for responsibility of the cabin. Should the first person from your group not wish to do so, the cabin will not be turned over until such time as someone from your group is willing to sign for responsibility.
When signing responsibility, the autocrat (or delegate) will do a walk-through of the cabin with the person taking responsibility. ANY thing out of place when you take your cabin should be documented (broken windows, doors, shades, beds, graffiti, etc) so that your group is not held responsible for damages prior to your arrival.
At the end of the event, the responsible person (preferably) shall do another walk-through of the cabin with the autocrat (or delegate). If everything is in order, the autocrat (or delegate) will pad-lock the cabin as both of you leave and sign-off on the cabins acceptability.
Should any problems arise after the cabins are locked, the responsibility lies with the autocrat.
Any damages that occur from the time someone takes responsbility of the cabin until it is walked-through at the end of the event and locked, other than normal wear and tear (which there shouldn't be any of over a 2 day period), is the FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY of the person who SIGNED for the cabin.
NOTE: ANY person found in a cabin and not authorized to be there (ie, going into a cabin not your own without permission of the occupants of said cabin) will be referred IMMEDIATELY to Security. Security will determine punishment, up to and including expulsion from the site and referral of the incident to the persons respective BoD, etc.
