Smokers are asked to field-strip their cigarette butts and dispose of them properly. There will be butt cans on-site, please use them.
I ask that no person bring items such as tasers, telescoping batons, etc. Should any of these types of items be brandished by ANYONE (I don't give a shit who you are), you will be escorted OFF SITE!
There will be roving security details - should you have an incident that would require their assistance, find them or a logistics person with a walkie-talkie to get security to the needed area. Let security do their jobs.
If we don't know about something, we can't attempt to fix it!
Physical altercations will NOT be tolerated or permitted!
Problems will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Repercussions will be dependant upon the circumstances and NO course of action (within the boundaries of the Autocrat and Security-crat) are off limits. We WILL take any necessary and appropriate action!

What will happen if a person brandishing the tazer or whatever was rideing with anouther person? Is that something they will have to figure out or can there be an exception such as confiscation of the taser and no amtgard fighting for the rest of the event?

Polarouse Best thing would be - NOT TO BRING IT. Neither I, nor security, are going to be happy should the posted rules be broken. Nobody is above the rules, NOBODY. Overall, I'd say the best thing would be not to test me! (If they're intent on breaking the rules and not respecting the sites rules, or mine. I am not likely to be very sympathetic to their ride situation.) My goal is to have as fun-filled, unbiased, drama-free event as possible. If it is not the goal of people coming to the event to have the same, then I suggest they stay home.

I don't believe I will be requiring them to be notorized (mainly because I've not seen other events do that before)...however, once they are up on the lists or website for download....they MUST have an adult (18 or over) that will be responsible for that minor and their actions. That being said....ANY minor caught doing something they shouldn't be doing - PARENTS will be called. If you're under 21 and drinking...the same will be done. And don't give me a false number....that'd be bad mojo and make me a bit cranky.

Is it a wet or dry event?

It should be a wet site. I still have to turn in the alcohol and archery permits (no kegs allowed). Those do not have to be in until two weeks prior to the event and I will be doing both in short order.
I need to get with the ranger to schedule a site walk-through for plot planners as well as sit down with him on the archery permit with the arrows we use. (Generally, archery is suppose to be contained to certain areas - but that is with live and practice arrows. I need to get the amt-arrows passed for full site usage, which should not be a problem.

I have submitted the alcohol permit to the ranger for the event. I am currently awaiting final approval and any notations by the rangers.

If RV hookups are not available, how come it shows that there are RV hookups on the map?
Also, if there arent RV hookups then where would we park the RV? Would the parking lot be fine?

There are RV hookups available..........however, they are limited and the water will not be on...they do not have a sewer line. Only electricity to RV's will be available.
Also, even if you are coming in an RV...I need the names of the occupants because it does go toward our overall site occupancy maximums.
Thank you.
